I've decided that, in actuality, its not me that's intimidated by Larry but the OTHER WAY AROUND.

She's practically running away every time we're in the same place together. Its not that she hates me... its that I scare the crap out of her.

Regardless of whether or not this is true... I enjoy this sense of power.

Suggestions for online ordering

1) Order on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for fast shipping. This way we'll process your order on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (respectively) and ship on the same day.

If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will process all of those orders on Monday and since there are so many orders... there might be some back-up.

If you order on a Thursday, your order will process and ship on Friday but then there is weekend delivery schedules that will back up your package.


2) Really re-think a return. If you're returning something because you didn't like it or it was the wrong size and you don't want an exchange... you're going to be paying for your original shipping AND your return shipping. We shipped it... therefore we don't refund you for that. Sometimes people pay more in the shipping and return shipping then the money they are getting back for the item. Save some time and effort (and money) and give it to someone else who'll like it.

Or there is always eBay - someone else will pay you for your shipping.

You poor people who have to return the gifts that recipients didn't like or didn't fit... you're paying for the shipping and getting no gift in return! :(
