This Old House

Yesterday I found out that Larry was 30 years old! This was a shocker... considering she dresses like she's maybe 26-28 and sits and listens to "House" all day I'd pegged her as my age.

What is it about House music? This a BROAD generalization (ha! punny!) but of the two women I've met who've liked House I'd guess that House women are kinda mannish.

Now I don't know what it is about Larry - she's either in the closet, in denial or ... just into House music.

Lost in translation...Part 1

I'm constantly having to translate Mario-bad-english-isms into a workable set of verbs, nouns, etc.

For example - when Mario says "I don't know if you want to start highlighting" it actually means "You should start highlighting." (Which is additionally annoying because she's suggesting that I should be doing something other than what I am doing...and again... SHE'S NOT THE BOSS OF ME!)

One day it will go like this:

Mario: I don't know if you want to start filing.
Me: No, I don't want to. Now you know.
